1. Shipping Fees and VAT (France Only)
- Free shipping on orders over €39.99. A shipping fee of €3.99 applies to orders under €39.99.
- Transparent pricing: All prices include French VAT. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price—no hidden fees
2. Order Processing and Shipping Times (Monday to Friday)
- Processing time: Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days (includes quality control and secure packaging)
- Shipping time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on parcel size
- Estimated total delivery time = processing + shipping = approximately 5–9 business days
- Daily cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) are processed the next business day
3. Carriers and Delivery Zones
- Carriers: We ship using reliable partners such as Colissimo (La Poste), DPD France, and Chronopost
- Delivery zone: Mainland France only
4. Address Changes & Order Cancellation
- Address change: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, no changes can be made
- Cancellation: Possible only if the order has not been processed yet. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
- You can track your parcel in real time on the carrier’s website
6. Delivery Issues & Returns
- Undelivered parcels will be returned to the sender. We will contact you to find a solution
- Please refer to our Return Policy for conditions (product condition, original packaging, etc.)
- Protective packaging required: All returns must be sent back in proper protective packaging. Damage caused by insufficient packaging may void eligibility for a refund
